Which license applies
VARDENNE is paid content on the Framer Marketplace. The license that applies to it is the Single-Use Commercial License that the Framer Community Terms provide for paid content. Themes Factory does not issue a separate license of its own.
Controlling terms
The full and controlling terms are those of the Framer Community Terms. In case of any difference, the Framer Community Terms prevail.
Plain-language summary
A purchase allows the template to be used for a single end product, website or project. It does not allow:
using the same purchase for multiple independent projects;
redistributing or reselling the template;
sharing the remix or template with others;
repackaging it as another template;
claiming authorship of the original design.
Checkout is not the license
Payment is processed through an external checkout (Lemon Squeezy). The checkout provider does not grant, change or replace the license.
Demo content
The demo brokerage, properties, people and imagery are demonstration content and are not licensed for your commercial redistribution. Replace them with content you own or have licensed. See the Terms.
