Refund Policy
This is the seller’s refund policy of Themes Factory, a brand of Impulso Digital, for VARDENNE — Luxury Real Estate Framer Template.

7-day limited refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase when either of the following applies, and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through the included buyer support:
access to the purchased template was not delivered; or
a material defect in the unmodified VARDENNE template prevents you from using it as documented.
What is not eligible for a refund
A refund is not provided only because:
you changed your mind or no longer want the template;
you do not know how to use Framer;
you want custom development or custom design;
you want different content or branding;
the problem results from your own modifications;
the problem results from third-party software or services;
you expected a feature that is not documented as included.
How to request a refund
Email themesfactory@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase, using the email address you purchased with, and describe the issue.
Refunds and support are separate
The 7-day refund period and the 30 days of buyer support are separate. The 30-day support period is not a refund period, and the 7-day refund period is not a support period.
Checkout provider
Payments are processed through an external checkout provided by Lemon Squeezy. The checkout provider applies its own terms and procedures, which may include handling refunds or payment disputes independently of this policy.
Framer
Framer does not process payments for paid Community products. Refund requests under this policy are handled by the seller.
Your rights under applicable law
This policy does not limit any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
