Themes Factory is a brand of Impulso Digital. These terms cover VARDENNE — Luxury Real Estate Framer Template.

1. Digital product
VARDENNE is a digital product: a Framer template.
2. Access and delivery
Access is provided electronically after purchase.
3. License
VARDENNE is licensed under the Framer Single-Use Commercial License for paid Marketplace content, as governed by the Framer Community Terms. It is not a Themes Factory license. See the License page.
4. Redistribution restrictions
The restrictions on redistribution, resale and sharing are those stated in that license.
5. Demo content
The template includes demonstration content, including fictional properties and imagery.
6. Buyer responsibility
You are responsible for replacing demo content with content you own or have licensed before commercial use or publication.
7. Buyer support
30 days of best-effort buyer support from purchase, provided by Themes Factory / Impulso Digital at themesfactory@hotmail.com. Support covers:
setup and installation questions;
questions about documented functionality;
CMS and content workflow;
understanding the included features;
genuine defects in the unmodified template;
reasonable help reproducing and diagnosing such defects.
There is no fixed response time and no service level agreement.
8. Support exclusions
custom development, custom code or custom design;
rebuilding or redesigning sections;
creating or editing your content, branding, logos or SEO material;
troubleshooting of third-party services;
problems caused by your own modifications;
general web development consulting;
lifetime support, lifetime updates or guarantees of future features.
9. No guarantee of future compatibility
There is no guarantee of compatibility with future versions of Framer or of third parties.
10. Payments
Payments are handled through an external checkout provided by Lemon Squeezy. Framer does not process payments for paid Community products. The checkout provider is not the license.
11. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are governed by the seller’s 7-day limited refund policy described in the Refund Policy. The checkout provider applies its own terms and procedures to payments and payment disputes. The 7-day refund period is separate from the 30 days of buyer support.
12. Intellectual property
The original design remains the work of Themes Factory / Impulso Digital. You may not claim authorship of it. Your rights to use the template are those of the Framer license.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with the template is limited to the amount you paid for it.
